Laurence Tubiana on CIRCE at the Second General Assembly

A very exciting period has started for CIRCE, now at the centre stage of its duration: some preliminary conclusions have been already reached in all the research lines and now it's time to speed up the collaboration among the social-economics side and the scientific sector of the project in order to try to provide a general view for the climate change impacts in the Mediterranean region. This is the Laurence Tubiana's (CIRCE executive board co-chair) cmment on CIRCE, collected by Angela Simone (CIRCE communication office) during the Second General Assembly, held in Bologna (Italy) on 18-20 March 2009.
