Cristoph Stein, who is coordinating the Capacity building and Education section of the WWF Mediterranean programme, was one of the stakeholders participating in the CIRCE First Stakeholders Meeting in Paris. Cristoph explains here to Mauro Scanu (CIRCE communication office) the objectives of the programme: helping North Africa and Balkan countries NGOs in protecting the Mediterranean environment on danger due to climate change.
