Philippe Quevauviller on CIRCE

Philippe Quevauviller, EU scientific officer, talks to Luca Carra (CIRCE communication office) about his mission for CIRCE: implementing policies for adaptation to climate change in the Mediterranean area and using scientific results form CIRCE at the political level. According to his speech in Bologna, at the CIRCE General Assembly 2009, CIRCE outcomes can be of help for the IPCC's Fifth Assessment report.
