ESOF 2008 in Barcelona

CIRCE has participated in ESOF 2008, held in Barcelona (Spain) on 18-22 July 2008, with two outreach activities named "Changing climate, challenging communication".
CIRCE has presented a video on climate change focussing on the acquisition and evaluation of scientific data but also in relation to the impacts of climate change on human and natural environments. A workshop session, in which Antonio Navarra (Italy), Carlo Jaeger (Germany) and Millan Millan (Spain) have taken part, has been also held to answer the following questions: what happen if consider and study climate change as a result of social dynamics, economic issues, effects on human health, impacts on agriculture and forest? Would something change in the prediction of our planet’s future?
